Shipping policy
1. Shipping Timeframes
- Cairo, Giza, Alexandria: Orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.
- Other Governorates: Orders shipped outside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
These are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions and unforeseen events.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is occasionally offered on bundles or promotional orders — these will be clearly marked at checkout.
3. Inspection and Package Acceptance
The shipment is not allowed to be opened while the courier is present. When you receive your order, you must accept the entire package as a whole — partial acceptance is not permitted. Once you've received the package, you have 72 hours to request a return or exchange under our Refund Policy.
If your package is missing items or arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on Instagram @fittribe.merch or email support@fittribeeg.com with photos.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link from our courier partner. You can track your order until it reaches your door.
5. Returns and Exchanges
