Refund policy

At Fit Tribe, your satisfaction is our priority. We've made our return, exchange, and refund process as quick and hassle-free as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With the original tag still attached and intact
  • Free from any signs of use, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items purchased from the End Of Season Sale or marked Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 72-hour window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items missing the original tag

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a request through our online returns portal, or message us on Instagram @fittribe.merch, or email support@fittribeeg.com.
  2. Include a clear photo of the item showing its condition with the tag visible.
  3. Tell us your order number and whether you'd like a return (refund) or an exchange (different size or item).
  4. Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours and arrange next steps.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Once your exchange is approved, our team arranges delivery of the new item.
  2. The courier will deliver your replacement and pick up the original item at the same time.
  3. The original item must be packed and ready for the courier in its original condition with the tag attached.
  4. A delivery fee applies to the exchanged item.

5. Return Process

  1. Once your return is approved, our team arranges a pickup from your address.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, our quality team inspects it (typically within 2 business days).
  4. If the item passes inspection, your refund is processed.
  5. If the item fails inspection (signs of wear, missing tag, washed, etc.), we'll contact you and ship the item back to you. No refund is issued.
  6. A delivery fee applies to the return pickup.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Once your return is approved and inspected, we issue your refund through one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer to your account
  • Instapay
  • Smart Wallet (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, We Pay)

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded only via bank transfer, Instapay, or Smart Wallet — we cannot return cash.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order on Instagram @fittribe.merch or email support@fittribeeg.com.
  • Send clear photos showing the issue with the tag still attached.
  • We'll arrange a free pickup and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
  • In these cases, Fit Tribe covers all delivery fees related to the return and replacement.

8. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return and exchange pickup fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a Fit Tribe error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, or defective product).

9. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on Instagram @fittribe.merch or by email at support@fittribeeg.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you'll need to follow our standard return process after delivery.
