Are items true to size or oversized?

Most pieces are designed for a clean, fitted, body-hugging look (not oversized). If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up and double-check our size guides.

What should I do if I can't pick a size?

If you’re between sizes, decide your preference: stay true for a more sculpted fit, or size up for more comfort—then confirm with our size guides.

Do you have fit recommendations for different body types?

Our pieces are designed to be silhouette-enhancing with stretch for comfort and movement. For the best match, use our size guides.

We accept Cards, Cash, Valu and Sympl.

Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery (Egypt): Cairo & Alexandria: 1–3 days. Other governorates: 2–4 days.

Do you have free shipping?

No—free shipping is not available.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll typically receive a confirmation with status details. You can also check your order history if you have an account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn, tag intact, and in original packaging). Returns/exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your item.

How do I start a return?

You can use our support portal.

Reach out to support to start the process (you’ll be told the collection/shipping fee during the process):  Instagram @fittribe.merch or our support email.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Yes—exchanges are allowed within the same 72-hour window (as long as the item is unworn, tag intact, and in original packaging).

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed, and you’ll be notified by email once issued.

How are refunds paid?

Card orders refund back to the original payment method. Cash orders refund via Bank Transfer, InstaPay, or Smart Wallet after inspection is complete.
Note: a 3% online transaction fee is deducted for Credit/Debit card refunds; 6% for Valu/Sympl refunds.

Are there returns/exchanges shipping fees?

Returns: we arrange collection; a collection fee applies (confirmed during the return process) and is deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: shipping fees apply and must be paid upon receipt of the exchanged item; fees are shared during the process.

What if I enter the wrong size/color?
