Return & Exchange Policy

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt to contact and deliver your order up to three times.

  • If the order is not received after three delivery attempts, it will be automatically canceled.

Opening Shipments

  • Orders cannot be opened in the presence of the courier.

  • After receiving your order and trying the items, if you would like to request a return or exchange, please initiate your request within 72 hours of receiving your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In perfect, sellable condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

We offer a 72-hour return and exchange window, starting from the time you receive your order.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please use the Exchange/Return Portal available on our website.

Simply submit your request through the portal within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will then guide you through the next steps, including collection scheduling and applicable shipping fees.

Requests submitted outside the 72-hour window will not be accepted.


Once we receive your returned item:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Special Conditions

  • Clearance items (Buy 2 Get 1) are not eligible for refunds. They may only be exchanged for:

    • Another clearance item, or

    • A different size of the same item.

  • Items purchased under other promotions such as:

    • Buy 2 Get 10% Off

    • Buy 3 Get 15% Off

    are treated as regular items and are eligible for return or exchange within the 72-hour policy.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES SHIPPING FEES

Returns

  • We will arrange collection of returned items at your convenience.

  • A collection fee will apply.

  • The fee will be confirmed during the return process and deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Shipping fees also apply to exchanges.

  • The exchange shipping fee must be paid upon receipt of the exchanged item.

  • All applicable shipping fees will be communicated during the process.


REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Methods

  • Card Payments: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • InstaPay

    • Smart Wallet

Transaction Fees

  • A 3% online transaction fee will be deducted from refunds for orders paid via Credit/Debit Card.

  • A 6% transaction fee will be deducted for orders paid via Valu or Sympl.
