SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

Delivery Attempts:
The courier will contact you up to three times to deliver your order.
If you fail to receive the order after these attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.


Opening Shipments:
Shipments cannot be opened in the presence of the courier.
After receiving your order and trying the items, if you’d like to request a size exchange or return, please contact us within 72 hours after receiving your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn, with the tag intact, and placed in its original packaging).

We have a 72-hour return/exchange policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return or size exchange. Please allow 2 business days after we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

-Please note that items on sale are not eligible for return, and can be only exchanged with other clearance items or a different size from the same item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES SHIPPING FEES


Returns: We will arrange for the collection of returned items at your convenience. A collection fee will apply, which will be confirmed during the return process and deducted from your refund.


Exchanges: Shipping fees for exchanges also apply and must be paid upon receipt of the exchanged item.
The shipping fee for both returns and exchanges will be communicated to you during the process.


REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed 2 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Refund payment methods:
If the order was paid by card, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
If the order was paid in cash, the refund will be processed via InstaPay or Smart Wallet after the inspection is complete.

Please note that an additional online transaction fee of 3% is deducted from the refund amount for orders paid via Credit/Debit card, and a transaction fee of 6% for orders paid via Valu/Sympl.

GET YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE READY
Once you have received a reply from us, pack the items you’d like to return securely to avoid damage during transit.
The courier company will contact you to arrange the return or deliver the exchanged item.
