- Machine wash cold — 30°C or below
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash with similar colours
- No bleach
- No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills both the stretch and the sweat-wicking
- No tumble dryer — heat is what breaks down the elastane
- Dry in the shade, out of direct sun
- Never iron over a print

- Wash after every workout — sweat left sitting in the fabric weakens the stretch
- Close every zip before washing so the teeth don't snag the knit
- Reshape while damp and dry flat
- Keep away from rough velcro, jewellery and textured surfaces

- Wash cold and dry flat to hold the shape
