Fit Tribe Policy


  •  Please note that the shipment is not allowed to be opened with the courier present, for any requests (Exchanges/Returns), please refer to our Exchange & Return policy.

 

  • The courier will be attempting to deliver the order 3 times before they automatically cancel it, so please make sure you're reachable and available to receive the order within the 3 attempts. (postponing the order, changing the address, not picking up, etc .. counts as an attempt)

 

1- What is your Exchange & Return policy?

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 72 hours from the date of receiving your product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our Instagram page @Fittribe.merch.
  • You will need to provide a clear picture of the product, showcasing its condition, and ensuring the tag is intact.
  • Items on discount are not eligible for a return, but a size exchange is allowed.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us through our Instagram page @Fittribe.merch within 72 hours of receiving your product, following the mentioned guidelines.
  2. Once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.
  3. Upon delivery, the courier will collect the item you wish to exchange.
  4. Please note that delivery fees for the exchanged item will apply.

Return Process:

  1. Reach out to us via our Instagram page @Fittribe.merch within 72 hours of receiving your product, following the provided instructions.
  2. After confirming your return request, our team will arrange a pickup of the item from your location.
  3. Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Upon approval of the return, we will proceed with initiating your refund.
  5. Please note that delivery fees for the exchanged item will apply.
  6. Items on discount are not eligible for a return, but a size exchange is allowed.

Refund Process:

  • For approved returns, your refund will be issued through one of the following methods: Bank Account, Instapay, or Smart Wallet.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, considering any potential banking or payment gateway processing times.

Note:

  • We advise you to pack the item securely to prevent any damage during the return or exchange process.
  • Refunds will only be processed for items that pass our inspection and adhere to our return policy.

2- What is the estimated delivery time?
    Cairo, Alex and Giza 1-2 working days, Other governorates 2-3 working days.


3- How do i know my size?
    You can check the size chart in each item's page, also check the average weight guidance.

 

5- Do you accept returns?
   Yes, within 72 hours from receiving your order! please make sure that all the items are unworn and in their original condition.
The courier will take the order, and after the team inspects it, your refund will be processed.


6- Do you accept exchanges?
    Yes, within 72 hours from receiving your order! please make sure that all the items are unworn and in their original condition.


7- How can i exchange my order?
    DM us with your order number, which item do you want to exchange, a picture of the items to check its condition, and in exchange for what.


8- Can i receive only part of my order?
     Unfortunately no, you can’t receive only part of the shipment, but you’re very welcome to exchange or return as mentioned.

9- Can you send me 2 sizes to choose my from?
    Unfortunately, we dont ship 2 sizes. but you’re welcome to exchange your size as mentioned.

10- Can i try the item while the courier waits outside?
       Unfortunately, you can’t try the item while the courier waits, However you’re welcome to request an exchange or return as mentioned.
